Is this some sort of "help desk" or technical support hotline?
Absolutely not. What you're getting here is pre-planned scheduled one-on-one phone time with a qualified professional online business expert.
What are your consultation fees?
If you are a first-time customer, there is an introductory fee of $12 for one half hour of phone consultation. If you wish to purchase additional phone time, the cost is $27 for each additional half hour of consultation, or $50 for each additional hour.
Do you only consult on a half-hour and hourly basis?
By request, we do arrange for contract consultation which involves "x" number of hours per month for "x" amount of dollars (costs vary depending on the subject matter and/or scheduled phone calls).
Who places the call?
Unless alternative arrangements have been made and agreed to by both parties, you place (and therefore pay for) the call.
Do you accept calls from outside the United States?
Yes. Since you are the one placing the call, there is no restriction with regard to where that call originates.
I plan to hire eBookHelper to write sales copy for my site. Will I be charged for phone conversations during that project?
No fees are charged for either initial or subsequent phone conversations that are directly related to any of our paid services.
How do I know when to call?
The time and length of phone consultation will be scheduled after payment is received and prior to any call taking place.
How are the phone calls scheduled?
The specific time of each phone call is pre-determined based on the availability of both parties.
What time slots are available?
Unless an alternative day and/or time has been arranged, phone consultations are most often available Monday through Friday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Arizona time.
How do I pay for my phone time?
We accept online payments through PayPal.com. All fees must be paid prior to scheduled phone consultation.
Do you accept any method of payment other than PayPal?
Under certain circumstances, we can arrange for you to send a money order through postal mail.
What if I change my mind after paying for phone consultation?
In order to cancel your scheduled appointment (and receive a refund), you must notify us at least 12 hours prior to the call taking place.
How do I know you can help with my particular problem or need?
The first step is a simple screening process - you tell us what you need, we determine whether or not we have the knowledge and/or expertise in that particular area.
Do you offer a free sample phone consulation?
Sorry, no free trial. But we do offer a generous $12 introductory rate for one half hour of consultation. That gives you a fair price and reasonable amount of time in which to evaluate both our service and your personal satisfaction.
